Casa Real Properties Inc is registered in Puerto Rico - Its a real estate company dedicated in the restoration of historical properties with the final purpose of converting them in Hotel Boutique & Spa.
2 sets of logo were created - The first one to be used by the registered corporate company - and the 2nd logo for Hotel Boutique Spa - as they aim at various locations. The 2nd logo will be adapted upon location of the hotel - for example Casa Real - Hotel Boutique - San Germán
As the logo was commissioned by its major shareholder living in Haiti, we choose Haiti as Country.
Logo Projected was realized in November 2012 - and will be part of the brand identity development due in 2013
