Evolva

Evolva is a synthetic biology company publicly listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Based in Basil, Switzerland, the company also has facilities in Denmark, India and the USA.

This cutting-edge company asked *UP There, Everywhere to develop a new graphic identity, website and an annual report in both English and German. The process began with a Start Me UP™ Brand Workshop held in Copenhagen and included key members of the Evolva team. Based on the results of the internal brand workshop, as well as external research, UP* developed the Evolva “Box” identity.This graphical approach was designed as a flexible identity system that can incorporate different graphical elements and ‘evolve’ as needed.

The team developed four “Word Clouds” representing the key focus areas of the business. In addition, a number of short films featuring key members of the organization were produced and featured on their website.
