The idea is to offer someone a "gift to eat" (cakes, cookies, jams) that evokes their best flavor memories, by rethinking old grandma's recipes and giving them a gourmet touch.

The gift is wrapped up in a cloth, in a traditional japanese technique that uses knots and folds to protect, transport and offer food as a gift.

This concept is presented in the logo by the cloth knot that holds the fork and the spoon together (the way most of the western world eats), topping a gift box with the lettering.
