Rancheros

Rancheros is a new chain of mexican cuisine restaurants launching in march 2013. The logotype is based on simple yet powerful play with the shape of cutlery reminding of cacti. the ranchero takes a firm grip on the cutlery. The corporate identity is still in progress, but so far, it consists of bunch of illustrative tiles, inspired by mexican folk art, which will be applied on stationery, shopfront, website etc. They are designed in contemporary graphic style with a little humor added. I also created custom typography, which will be used on signage, menu etc.
