That shell looks almost like something else!

To make it short, this represents everything one shouldn't do when designing a logo: embossed and badly kerned font, strokes, clip art and the biggest mistake of all : pictures!

Globally, this is not a logo as a logo should be the simplest graphic translation of what your business represents. This is all over the place, it's terribly complicated, utterly ugly and worst of all, non memorable at all.

I guess you are new at logo design, which is totally ok, we all have been there. When you'll have more experience, you'll back at this a facepalm yourself =)

I hate to write short critiques, but I have never seen so much nope in one image.
