Yeah, too many elements here, needs to be more simple. Also you need to get rid of the cheap effects (the shadow, the gradients etc). You can't drop text on a graphic without thinking before, learn something about composition. Try to chose a font that looks better and decide what is the most important thing in the logo (and make that big). This could be a logo for a studio ran in a garage by teenagers. This is not serious, professional stuff.
It really is a logo for a young studio, without the commitment of being a serious company. Thanks for the constructive feedback, I found very valid tip to avoid the effects inexpensive and choose an ideal source.
Every good professional apprentice was already a day, that's the way ... And the work submitted by a student may be full of errors, but it sure is a serious job.
Thank you.
This is a good start. I would loose the guitar and focus on the bird and the text. The text might be more effective a little larger. The effects, especially the shadow should go.
Apply a singular style to the entire piece. On one hand, you've got a silhouette that looks somewhat "Eastern" in its approach, then a crusty line-conversion of a guitar product photo. I mean, the bridge bolts and pick guard screws are still showing! Then the mechanical-drawing-style aluminum bevel pick presents another approach. Pick a style and stick to it – there are too many reference points here and too much restyled artwork grabbed from disparate sources. And the distressed type suggests yet another influence.

Too many elements going on at the same time... The pick, the eagle, the Les Paul... Simplify and look for a better font.
Thank you for your opinion ... I will try to simplify more.

Is just bad, rechange it!
Remove shield from background and erase shadows.
