Altran
Altran is changing, with the ambition to be a world leader in innovation consulting. Implemented just over a year ago, the Altran 2008 strategic plan reiterates the Group's mission of being a global partner able to take clients all over the world through every step of the innovation cycle. Our diversified expertise bears highly intelligible, consistent and complementary proposals. Bottom line: we want to be a real innovator and performance accelerator for our clients. These changes mean also updating our image. The Group needs to convey the message about our new ‘forward momentum’, develop a consistent approach for our communications and give brands created in the last few months a visual identity. Convinced that each of our visual identifiers, starting with our logo, must carry a specific message, we want to express two objectives: • The proximity and innovation suggested by the chosen font, created for this purpose. The combined use of lowercase and uppercase letters symbolically represents a solid international group that encourages its people to take initiatives. The written word "Altran" becomes an image, thanks to the unique design of each letter and the horizon projected onto it. • Human values and dynamism reflected in our chosen colours. A blue colour treated figuratively suggests an "open horizon": It goes from dark blue to light blue, creating a movement towards a radiant future. This shade of blue is a modern interpretation of the colour of our original logotype and asserts our technological excellence and professionalism.
