Traditional French pastry and bakery products mixed into modern metropolitan fusion by one of the most praised chefs around. In terms of fine-tuning perfection, the task of designing une identité to this bakery and café was one of the most effortful and interesting ones. For the aspired modern impression, it took innumerable efforts to customize a calligraphic font into a real handwritten look. Additional graphics reveal the French roots and also the location of the pioneering Boulangerie in the Baltic’s largest bookstore. A project of design and culinary craftsmanship.
