Conviva!
Conviva builds and sells homes for the brazilian low income families. Brazilian people prefer warm colors and are very outgoing, love to party and commemorate their conquests! Buying a home is the greatest brazilian dream, so it must be commemorated with a genuine party, just like carnival! That's why we used "VIVA!" in the brand's name, it's the word for commemorating. The flags are a brazilian icon for a typical popular community commemoration, and also are an icon used by Di Cavalcanti, a great brazilian painter. "Con" is for commemoration, community, and construction, all important concepts and values in real state market. The brand platform is based on the families' conquests, happiness and commemoration. The logo brings it all together in a little villa, a community in party!
