Gulf Racing 2014
ASTON MARTIN RACING is an auto racing team established in 2004 as a partnership between automobile manufacturer Aston Martin and engineering group Prodrive.
The development program was entrusted to an English company, PRODRIVE, whose engineering reputation is known worldwide. www.prodrive.com
PRODRIVE employs about 550 people (engineers, technicians, computer programmers, mechanics etc.) and has been working for many years with the largest car manufacturers.
Although all cars are built by PRODRIVE at their factory, ASTON MARTIN plays an integral part in designing the race cars, as well as integrating elements of the race cars back into ASTON MARTIN’s road cars.
The GULF / ASTON MARTIN RACING partnership marks a new era in GULF’s long history in endurance racing. Gulfs brand values are embodied in the AMR partnership and all stakeholders are equally excited about the 2011 ILMC this year.
