Korean Air
On 11 March 2025, South Korea's flag carrier and largest airline Korean Air unveils a new corporate logo for the first time since March 1984 as part of its merger with Asiana Airlines, in which the latter continue to exist as a subsidiary of the former until 1 January 2027 before folded into newly integrated Korean Air.
In the rebranding, the colors of red and blue for redesigned Taegeuk symbol was removed and replaced with an monochromatic dark blue outlined symbol. Additionally, in the aircraft livery, the word 'Air' has been dropped, with the airline's name simply presented as "Korean" in a new, larger font, which has smoother curves and “brushstroke-inspired details.”
This logo was designed by Lippincott with Dalton Maag created a bespoke font named Hanjin Group Sans.
