National Planning Commission (Malawi)
The National Planning Commission (NPC) is a body corporate established under the National Planning Commission Act of 2017. Its mandate is to identify Malawi’s social economic development priorities and formulate national vision and strategy for social and economic goals, taking into account the country’s resource potential and comparative advantage. The Commission oversees the implementation of long term national vision and strategies, and medium term development plans. It also spearhead the formulation of innovative and progressive flagship Projects in line with the National Vision.
Stonald Kuphunda, an art director for The Jupiter Drawing Room was briefed to develop the logo the will pass the test of time while establishing a unique symbolic presentation of NPC.
