Overstock
The preferred version of the logo is the logo on white, where the Overstock brand mark is used in Overstock Red, and the logotype is used in Overstock Black, and always on a background of white.
Whenever possible, this preferred version of the logo should be used.
Two other logo color versions are available, the logo on black with Overstock Red brand mark and white logotype (secondary version), and the logo in all white on an Overstock Red or Black background (acceptable version).
If a one-color logo is needed for promotions or other instances where only one ink color is available, the logo can be used in only Overstock Red or only Overstock Black.
Be sure to reproduce our brand colors accurately. Always use the color formulas provided for each medium.
Do not alter its appearance, proportions, or colors, or attempt to recreate any part of it with other fonts or graphics.
