Sergeants’ Mess is an exciting renewal project of an old military barracks Mess Hall with prime water front position at Chowder Bay in Sydney, Australia. The client’s unique vision for the development is to capitalise on fantastic potential for 360° views and create Sydney’s most glamorous wedding, conference and events venue. It will offer discerning Sydneysiders seeking a high-class venue an enchanting setting, refined service and an exceptional menu, in a sparkling waterfront location. “Sparkling waterfront location” has informed all facets of the identity. It folds and twists with the dynamism of the harbour’s waves in the abstraction of an S-shape. It rises in celebration and sparkles in its detail, like city lights at night, as elegant as the building.
