It looks bulky and heavy. I can't read it easily, nor do I understand the meaning. Sorry mate!

it's completely unreadable. It's too heavy and crowded to be a symbol/graphic mark even if you add a full name 'LIMC MACHINES' below.
The semi-fancy 'MACHINES' font combined with the monstrosity above screams amateur work.
Back to the drawing board.

I think the logo looks just amazing and perfect. Totally signifies the brand image and the profile.
