Logo for my company

Company will deal with the printing, vehicle graphics, imaging displays. We will work with foil.

SPELL CHECK!
Mixing fonts almost never works for me. Same with gradients. I think it would work better by getting rid of both.
I see where you are going with the gradient and that you will be using foil.. So, print a good logo on foil and use that.

"ADVERTISING"

There is no idea in this logo. A flag is not yet an idea. Also I don't see a reason why mix up 3 different typefaces.

I agree with botw. This might look 'purty' to a layman but it's not going to pass here.
Verdict: no idea, no knowledge of typography use in logo design and you are also guilty of using gradients without any necessity.

Think I said this in another critique but I will repeat this here too.... go to the bookstore and buy some good books on logo & graphic design. Look at the pretty pictures and read about them. Books are your friends, use them.
