You made it COMPLEX and FULL COLOR. I shiver at the idea about what you would consider complex and colorful..
Typography is poorly executed, too thin and swashed, it does not work well on black background (web address is unreadable). Wind rose graphic is practically full color with dozens of small details that are barely visible, an obvious clipart ripoff.
Color scheme is completely wrong and does not work harmoniously.
Back to the drawing board and try not to steal other peoples or commercial clipart's for your logo.
Doesn't look a logo for a pool bar. Feels like a travel company because of the compass.
