Acid Creative

Brief from client
A mix of "Atomic Consistent Isolated And Durable" and "acid" ideas.
This logo was designed for Acid, a creative lab from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Well I have to go the opposite way from the rest.
There is no real idea connected with acid here and I don't see anything creative.
So you cut bottom third of letters, fine, done it, seen it a million times.
You made a bowl of orange liquid for a symbol, ok, that's acid.
Creative? Because you can draw a round bowl of liquid and cut bottom of letters?
I don't think so. Try harder.
Go to agree! Perhaps if the liquid was in a test tube or a beaker this would help but unsure why the letters are cut off, surely if it was acid they would have corroded and would be uneven.
The acid of lemon juice is stronger that the acid of orange juice. Why don't you disintegrate the bottom of the letters with lemon juice instead. It look like the culprit is a knife and not acid.

I think it works. It looks interesting.
Not read to word. But very good idea. Logo is better read small letters.
Great logo - really like that!!!
I like it. Maybe an acid green in place of the orange, but that's just a maybe, I like the orange as well.
