Sorry, not working for me either. Symbol or logo doesn't matter - I have no clue what it is or what it's meant to represent.

This is just mindless doodling but if you are good with words and have a good knowledge of philosophy I have no doubts you can probably find some 'neo intellectual bull****' explanation for this.
It's in human nature to respect things they don't understand (and call it art) if you back it up with lot of meaningless words.
