Knowing very little about the company this is hard to judge but on initial inspection I would have presumed this was a hair dressers. The colours are vibrant and work well together but the initials don't help to explain what this company is or does. Perhaps the full name could go underneath? I would also suggest you redraw the shapes again as they aren't as curvy as they should be. Hope this is of some help.

Colors will be all right if you take the gradient out of them. The whole thing looks choppy and doesn't convey anything. I would start doing some more sketching. Sorry.

Sorry this is bull****. This sign doesn't mean anything, it's badly drawn and the whole concept looks like it's for some Russian noveau riche oligarch.

Too generic and the colors are too much.

This logo should have a corporate feel, using colors in the cool color palate - black, gray, teal, silver, or even a copper. Colors are too carnivalish. Develop an iconic image as a branding tool.
