Pretty pompous name for a solo designer. If your whole 'generation' designs like this, they should all consider a career change.
Your graphic mark represents nothing and there is not a shred of creativity in your logo. Just some classic typography pieced together and some intersecting circles for a graphic mark.

Designing a personal logo is the toughest endeavor even for seasoned and successful designers, for amateurs... this is 'mission impossible'.
Swallow your pride, get some books on graphic and logo design and study, study hard and come back when you think you are ready.
