It's too bright. If you want to keep those colors you'll have to use a black background so it absorbs some of the light your logo criminally irradiates.
The font looks good. Looks like the text was paintbrushed, but that peak or mountain looks too generic, too clipartish.
Not really working for me, if I hadn't read previous comments I would not have guessed that clipart is actually a mountain. Another thing... what's mountain doing as a graphic mark for a design and publicity agency?
Using calligraphic typography for a design agency is also another faux pas, it's better suited for a sign shop and also, pairing it with a 'mountain' graphic set in left perspective is really amateurish. Your color scheme is very odd and seriously affects overall unpleasantness of this... thing.
Sorry to say this but I don't see any creative idea here and I think you need to trash this and start over.
Ha, ha, thanks! but the mountain is not a clipart, i´ve made it. I chose this mountain as a symbol ´cause it is a notorius hill near the company, and everybody knows it. Your are right, the colors are bad, but i dont know why , i exporte it as CYMK :P

Sorry, but I think this is a throw away. Back to the sketch pad.
There should be a reason for every element of your design. Think it through... what are you trying to tell people. What does this say to your audience?

I don't get the idea, the type is too complicated and the colors are too neon. Start over fresh.
