Reminds me too much of the cadilac logo. Colors dont do it for me either, Plus I dont like the castle wall looking part either

It's a little too clip-art looking and the colors aren't working, nor is the font.

Very forgettable, try something more unique.

Sorry- I would brainstorm on this one.
