A logo system for Brass Developments, a property developer in the UK.
The company works in two divisions: Residential and Commercial. We designed a logo which features a 'B' shaped floorplan diagram.
For the Residential Brass Developments communications, the floorplan contains residential elements such as a bathtub and a sofa.
For the Commercial communications, the floorplan contains office elements like a boardroom table and reception desk.
The generic communications logo features elements that could be part of an office or a home.
