It is an Orthopedic/Fitness oriented Diagnostic and Medical Research Center. made several logo's for it but this one got approved.

The only criticism would say is play around with the alignment a bit. Try different positions other than that I think it a quite successful design.
I think the colours do work quite well as they are calm and quite inviting. good job.

I don't think the font for the main text works. The tag is too small and the lines aren't necessary.
The graphic doesn't make sense to me. Swan dive silhouette on top of retro Jetson egg shapes... Doesn't work for me.
Execution looks professional but your idea is pretty abused and overused (human figure in negative space). Your typography choice doe not work with the soft & round shapes of your graphic mark and your color scheme is pretty bland.
This just does not work for me.
