I know it has to be fun. I get the idea.

"KIDS" being crushed by "Mega Fiesta" doesn't look right, and the frame is unnecessary.

Keep working on how to implement the idea.

It doesn't look good enough. It's colorful and playful but your composition is a bit odd and 'KIDS' part (it's all about kids after all) is squished and thin.
You need to rethink this and try to make it work better.

actually I cant find any "fiesta"in the logo the typography does not represent any fun it its too thin ...and i think that you should not put the "mega" in the frame because it do not give the expression of something "big"
