Logo represent the dynamics and stability. Tilting the pictogram is toward the future. The shape represents the most common form of final products, ie product-shaped coil. Used for font size presents various roles of the resulting products.

I think the "M" mark without the gray shadow might work.. nothing exciting, but the company isn't all that exciting either.
I highly suggest new fonts all around. That strange little dot for the "i" is not working.
Not much you can do about the color.. but they look washed out here.
loose shadowing and change the grey to another color or darken the grey up, also choose another font for trading
This is too busy and stacked. Typography choice is not very good either.
I don't think this will work and it should probably be better to start over with a different approach.

Sorry, the logo doesn't answer the brief. The M with the effect feels unstable and insecure.
