Brief from client
The client want a brand for represent your enterprise in foreign sales.

Is one business firm, works with disclosure, marketing campaigns, website development and some other services.
The WSMART represent the Caruaru 360º in foreign sales, off the city of Caruaru.
It is common in portable devices, shut down buttons, physics or in an operating system with this symbol:

It was this concept that sought input on the job, considering that the same development of the symbol I search to input the idea of infinity, like the vortex of Caruaru360 brand mentions. With pre-determined colors and a redesign very strong in the previous version:

Not a very "techy" looking wormark.
Make it look more strong and less fancy.

The old version is simple and readable. It isn't great- but better than this. I would work towards their version rather than away from it.
Create a simple graphic or word mark and use an equally simple font.
I think it's messy right now. Build more on the old logo and just modernise it.
color is ok , i think you have a lot of work to this,need to change the font you used.
the idea gets lost try to clean it up
not exciting. needs to be worked on with a fresh point of view i guess.
