The "i" is larger because I thing this way is more balanced as logo, maybe it more smooth to me this way. You believe its only to me? ..not that vissible to anyone?
Also I thing the hole logo is more recognisable this way, whith those SS and I, because the fonts are not rare!.. Do you agree?
Anyway, I thang you very much for your time any your opinion. You make me re-determine my thoughts! Thanks a lot.
If your intention was to make a 'violin key' for a graphic mark, you are not there yet. Though it's a simple solution it has been pretty much overused but it will be acceptable in this case.
Your typography is classic and ok but you need to take care of execution (spacing & letter pairs kerning) to make this look professional.
Thank you G13 for you idea. One of the things I worked a lot, was the way I wanted the whole logo be and the idea that represents. I mean that the "ss" point is also for me a very strong point to the logo, I attach for you some earlier steps.
Some of those reminds me smoke, heart, harp...
I believe that when we are trying to make something special that we lose the point, thats why I choose the simple way. Do you agree? Your opinions are really importand and very helpfull.

Good pick for a symbol! I think it needs the small wings usually found on s-holes, it's a little too stylized if that's what the symbol represents.
The 'i' in classical is much larger than everything else. Why? Kerning is sloppy. Creating ligatures in some spots then rivers in others.
Colors are industry standard, shouldn't need to change.

I wanted to remind the people the holes from the violin but not to show it directly. You believe it should be more obviouse?
I thing you are right about the typography.
Thank you very much for your thoughts.
i agree with what samuelfish said about the letter "i" in classical, no need for it to be larger.
i too agree with splashter regarding the overused violin key, if you were heading that direction.
Thank you very much for your ideas phino. Your thoughts people are really helping.
What about making it really look like the violin do-dads? I think it will still read as "classical"...
kind of reminds me of a harp, but regardless, i agree with g13 in this post
