I like the overall feeling of the logo, but I feel you could simplify it a bit. The font is too fancy and there are too many outlines.

This is so bad I do not know where to start

Loose gradients and all other web.0 effects

Choose a cleaner more legible font

Re work the & symbol

Your red outline is off on some edges

I don't buy this "loose the gradient blah blah... web 2.0 blah blah...". In some instances they can be used and this a perfect example. This looks ideal for the market it's going to be used in. The automotive industry loves this shit so I say job well done. Only thing I'd change is the font it's not legible enough.
