I love it. I think colors are great, but, maybe too much colours for a logo. A great job!

whats the reason behind the "o" being coloured in? I like this logo but feel the colours are too overpowering. It gives it a harsh, unorganised feel to it and I'm sure you don't want that from your audience. Very good execution though.
