I like the overall appeal.
I dont like the three colored circles. ALso you should remove outer glow from the logo. glows, shadows etc are not vector based. I love the font. Not sure about the colors. lets see it without the circles. this is just my opinion. :)

Much better. The letter "o" is custom made? or its part of the font?
My opinion is that when you are going to made a logo based on typography the best you have to do is to make your own custom made letters. You can use some typography for inspiration but you need something unique.

Stay away from being one of the dated Web.0 graphics, you could make this logo much better by just doing that

Most people dont understand what web.0 or 2 graphics are! So please explain.
