Where is the logo?
This is terrible. You have everything can go wrong in a logo represented here. Start with a completely blank new page.

This is one that does need to go back to the drawing board.
This would not work for print, the shadowing effect on the B is bad, the lady looks like she has some male parts peaking out.
The fonts are not right for the design or any design really.
Looks like you have a Halloween theme going on?

Start fresh, make it simpler, cleaner, less effects.
