I like the symbol, it's simple and iconic. The typography is too squashed together. Let it breathe a bit.

The purpose of putting two designs in a single page was so that I can get help choosing one design.

I will keep LEVIN in big, but reduce associates and open a little the kerning.

the symbol reminds me of an enhanced reversed version of adobe. however, i do like that symbol, i'm not too fond of the type as well. colors doesn't bother me. something about the symbol that strikes me.

The symbol is reminding me of something, not sure of what maybe a business card I've printed in the past or seen something similar? But I really like it!
I think this logo is strong and simple, a nice change.
I like the version 1 way better. Version 2 the LA looks to stretched slanted? not a fan of number 2...

Thanks for the feedback.
Version 2 is supposed to have a subliminal house roof to remind that is it a real estate company as well. I will be uploading the very first design as version 3 soon.

Ver. 1 is better then the others.
Accept the above and it will great. And it's too direct blue. Maybe a little baby-blue?

I agree with the above comment,make your associates little.don’t use effect to the symbol.this is better than the other.good job.
