I like this although 'CONTRACTING' looks a bit lonely out there. Better for a logo if it can be more compact.

That reminds me thouse "bar codes" that we have to take a picture to acess to some internet page eheheheheh. I like it but the other 2 ideas are better.

It has a bit digit-islamic-QRcode feeling and this is confuse me :)
I think ver 1. - with those modifications on the corner - is better.
