I'm just playing around with a personal logo.

You should remove the light grey-white gradient and leave it a solid white. Looks good though.

Excellent, great job! The "N" is not really good (change the "M"?) but the idea is perfect.

I think you can do better, try joining an "M" and "N" together to make them into a sort of lightening bolt or something if you get what i mean? /\/\/\/ <- something a bit like that. theres definately more scope for something more interesting with MN
