Brief from client 

The client wanted a logo for his tool resale company.

The impression I was after is quality products. My aim was to make the logo look like some kind of tool such as a ratchet or spanner.

The client in the end scrapped the business and the logo was never used. I still finished the logo for my own port folio.

Altering a font is never a good idea.

Drop the reflection, it brings nothing except confusion.

I'm not sure what you mean bu altering a font is not a good idea... As a logo is more than just a font.

Also this font I created it's not using an existing font.

But thanks for your opinion.

Sorry, I thought you modified an existaing font.

So props to you for creating your own font. Unfortunately, it doesn't look really nice.

The whole design is way too contrived in that tiny capsule.
