That isn't too bad: boring, maybe.
Do not hesitate to remove and banish the shadow, then have a look at the 'ero'. To me, the bumpiness isn't quite right.
I agree with Dltd that the 'ero' is what's wrong here.
Sorry to be blunt about it, but I'd go back to the drawing board on this one! It looks like something that was made in a freshman year design class. And no matter what I'd get rid of the font on 'ero'. But I bet you could come up with something altogether better!!
