Font, hard to read already , without the warp thing you did. I advice you tu use "type on a path" if you really want to keep it round. Your font is not suitable for a modern logo, maybe for a crest from 1700 but today we are living in a speedy way, nobody will read that, as you maybe didn't read the feedback we gave you before.
The blue bubble is distorted, use your shift key to make perfect regular shapes, don't try to make them perceptual. The tower is almost undetectable , it breaks away ...not good, use a simple solid form with no such details as you did here. At smaller scales this will be just a sum of ink splatters. At that window is a frog ? why ? what ?

Yeah, you might want to have someone else do this for you! If you're not a graphic designer, you should definitely just hire someone to create a logo for you. I think it's cool that you've kept trying but maybe this is just not your strong suit!!?

You should never give up but also know when to step aside, I think your still making it to over complicated, some of the best logos are very simple easy for the person to digest. try to keep your logo down to 1-2 colors then if you feel the need make it 4-color

I can hardly read the text and don't like the symbol. The tower cannot be recognized at first glance.
