The elk horns are a bit complicated in my opinion I think the logo does the job. I totally get that you are an able graphic designer from Québec! Am I right? =)

Since my zodiac sign is Aries, I thought, why not horns .. I tried the elk .. This is probably not the best for me'' symbol'' represent

I like this quite a bit... BUT. There's a but! I'm gonna go about this in list form:

Pros:
I like the idea of the V having antlers, I think that's a great idea. I'm not sure about it being a vertically stacked logo- it might get really really tall and it MIGHT even work as a lateral deal. Like logo and then to the left of the logo, the text!?!? But if it doesn't get to tall for use in common logo applications, then def stick with it just like this.

I like the colors that you've got going- the muted greenish yellow thing with the gray is great.

Now the Cons/Issues:

I might take away the smaller/more detailed chunks of antlers towards the top of the V- I think they'd possibly get lost in printing and I think it'll possibly be a stronger image without them.

Last thing, I kinda want to see your name larger and maybe with a different font!? I'm not a huge fan of copperplate for main text, but I definitely agree about using a strong serifed font like it! I'll attach a quick example of what I'm thinkin' but it's very much a rough:
