"Tropical" reads too much like "Tropicana" as it is set in the same font and color as the recognizable orange juice carton. Having the first line of the text off to the right makes it confusing to read. I would left align all of the copy with Tropical and eliminate the lower part of the illustration. It doesn't need to be so literal. Try using colors that contrast more, maybe one warm and one cold. The tagline should be much smaller as well.
Yeah, I agree with everything above. Too many fonts, the stroke of the rabbit needs a LOT of work, the text is so jumbled up in the symbol it's hard to read, it DOES look too much like Tropicana, and the colors should pop more.
I'd especially figure out how you're going to align the text because how you have it now is really hard to read/confused looking.

I totally agree with Jim on the Tropicana thing.
More globally, I don't see anything tropical about this logo. You should try some other scheme.
You got a lot of fine tuning to do on the rabbit.
3 different typefaces is too many typefaces. Try to have 2 max.
