sara basically said everything I was gonna say in the previous revision. (reading mah mind eh???) But minus her critique on the use of a gradient bg, all her points still apply here, so please make those changes.

But I'm more generous in terms of the logo itself. I actually like it because it has a nice 3d gradient (which I'm actually EXTREMELY picking about typically but here it works well) But you will be better off with a flat version.

Also be VERY careful with just using a single letter as a logo since it can come of as super generic. It also took me a while to figure out that it was a "WD". It's very hard to make out right now so I can't give you a thumbs up for that :c But I want to be nice so I'll give a thumbs up for the idea, since I wanna see how this will turn out once its a flat version lol.

colors are very blinding right now, ahh the yellow! Ahh my eyes! Perhaps your logo can be a yellow? And not that harsh yellow, maybe add more red to it to make it more of a yellow-orange color?

Unit and Design look like one word, despite the color difference, so you will have to space those two words out. The kerning of "Des" can be increased as well, along with the kerning for "g" and "n", make sure your letters don't touch each other :)
