Its ok, i think it can "Pop" more tho. Maybe make the font of tic bolder loose the ":"?
The fonts seem a bit "off" to me.

The first thing I thought of was "Pill" when I looked at this. I dig the simplicity but I think this missed the mark, at least as a stand alone logo.

Nope, I don't like. Too skinny and text height off-centre... (clashes with my German precision) overall not professional. start over.

I agree with Monito. This fits the brief very well and I like it. I do think the type could be a bit heavier. Also, you might move the colon outside the shape to make the "be" more strongly positioned within the shape. Maybe make the colon an addition to the shape.

yes maybe the colors are suitable
