Brief from client 

A Brazilian restaurant named "espaço gourmet A Bota"

What do you guys think? I'm still not satisfied with it...

There is also this other one I made...since "A Bota" literally means "The Boot", and the restaurant is placed in a peninsular region shaped like that, i made that shape from a satellite picture of the region.

This isn't working for me. Love the idea, but the text seems common as well as the other objects. You've got a great concept, but work on creating something unique and defining.

I'm not a fan.

The composition is off balanced. The chef hat symbol isn't easily discernible, it looks like it's been done with the typical illustrator brush.

Also, at least for me, but the hat you usually see on chef's head is more or a French thing. Like the word "gourmet" is more likable to a French restaurant than an Italian one. But I guess that was the name you were given to work with.

With the other version, what should look like Italy looks more like an old sock =) It's too randomly designed, like if you did it in 30 sec top.
