The fonts that you use for "MCG" and "Muse Consulting Group" look too similar. They should either be the same or completely different. The standalone "G" and the "G" in group are different styles and look awkward. I'm not sure why the "M" needs to be separate from "CG" but I think it really hurts the mark. If it has to be like that, try stacking it above or even avoid using "MCG" altogether and just focus on the wordmark.
It's not clear what the circle with the line through it represents other than you are separating the characters. It just looks off balance and doesn't really add anything to the logo.
The brief mentions clean and corporate but this one just feels like you're trying too hard. I would probably ditch this one and just try to focus on nice typography and keep it simple.
