Brief from client
the customer needed something to do with the name of the company but not related to the product, distribution of meat and sausages
Well Guy, I think that typography can be diferent, something cooler.
And for me.. this yellow is trasmiting some "poor concept" I don't know how to explain exactaly.. but you have to improve the gradient... try a little more, your work have future.
This, somehow, says pasta to me.
I don't get it. Why the torch? Is the torchbearer the epitome of "winner" for you? Or were you trying not to be too "literal"?
Get rid of all the stuff you don't need. Keep it to fewer elements. Ask yourself what you really need and what you're trying to communicate. Look around. Get inspired. Then try again.

A lot of elements.
Preserve:
Hand with flame
Grupo Vincitore
Remove:
Yellow back
S. de R.L.
That "Las Vegas" or Plaza Sésamo marquee
That wheat elements
Try another typography, just to see
Create an stronger logo: how? a lot less elements, just two or three colors.
I really think that is a good idea. But has problems. In small sizes it will not work.
