Unfortunately, there's not much happening here.

The composition is slightly off balance, the symbol is too clip art-y, the color is really unappealing, same goes with the font, plus the kerning is way off.

I would start over, after having got a lot of inspiration from design sites (www.inspirationfeed.com and www.lookslikedesign.com would be a good start)
