Ouch, this is awful, unfortunately.

Nothing works, here. It's the unreadable (is this Cxog? Exog?), the weird shape above the subtext look totally random and clutter the whole thing, the colors and gradient are really ugly...

Scrap this and restart from scratch, not before getting as much inspiration as you can from such sites as this one and www.fromupnorth.com or www.inspirationfeed.com
