Brief from client 

So tired of the old " LIVE TO RIDE, RIDE LIVE " graphics. Thought I would offer a design with a different message. Mostly, my design is focused on the Biker Community. If I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand. Unfortunately, the graphic has been compromised and downloaded and reproduced as stickers, embroidery patches.etc., for commercial use without my authorization! Working with local law firm to stop the companies from further production/or recover royalties due.

Motorcycle, Bikers, Patches, Stickers,

So did you upload this somewhere as a pdf, eps or high quality jpeg or something? If so I don't really have any sympathy for you.

Did you create this for shits and jiggles or were you ever going to do something commercial with it? If you were going to go down the commercial route, I don't see any trademarks! And why would you upload it to the internet and then expect people to pay for it. Sounds to me like you might be just a bit pissed because some one else managed to merchandise this where you hadn't thought to or weren't in able to.
