Brief from client 

Have done 3 variations which I find quite boring and dull but what the client is after. Then I did this for fun.

Have had to use lowercase letters for the other variations, so I don't think I'll be showing them..

I would just change the red for another color, so it doesn't look too much like a butcher logo =)
